withdrawal from bancaccount by Adobe for something I do not have

Adobe is withdrawing money from my bancaccount every 1st of the month since april for a subscription on my name on the account of the Flemish Government. I worked there untill the 31 March. Now I have my own company and a subscription on my name I pay for every 8th of the month and for which I receive an incoice around the 8th of every month since april.

For the subscriprion on the Flemish Government account I do not receive invoices, as that was a subscription the F Governement was paying for. I want a stop on the withdrawal on the 1st of the month and a refund for the three payments already withdrawn.

 

I already sent several mails to the helpdesk, but no one there can help me. A phone number could be helpfull so I can explain orally.

    If Flemish Government has a contract with Adobe, you can't cancel it.  I think you must reach out to your former employer's IT dept and have THEM cancel your plan.
