WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER
I WAS CHARGED THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT ANY EMAIL WARNING ABOUT IT OR ME BEING ASKED IF I WANT TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION. AS A RESULT I WANTED TO CANCEL IT AND I'M BEING CHARGED A CANCELATION FEE WHICH COSTS 68 EUROS. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BUT THEY ONLY HAVE THE AUTO REPLY WHICH OF COURSE CAN'T HELP ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO THIS IS UNEXEPTABLE
