I have no idea how a company like this survives. I guess if you have monopoly then you can do basically everyting.

Calling 5 times.
Phone is disconnected everytime.
Website is really unclear how to get in contact with you.
How the hell is this possible...???
After paying nobody is helping me and its way too difficult to find support!!

Issue:

If I open an app the app gives a message that my subscription is expired.

First i paid monthly but now the website gives me only the yearly option. Paid for the yearly.

Then i remembered that i maybe i have received an email. So i looked it up.

Received an email that my subscription would be prolonged after 23rd of september 2020.

So now im getting mixed signals, and to be fair maybe i had to check my email before paying.

Try the steps mentioned in the following link
https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
Also, be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Do you have your adblock or other script blockers turned off for the website?

You can try clicking the "What are my contact options?" link. Or you can do a web search for Adobe customer support and there should be a regionally appropriate phone number that you can call.

Adobe seems to be having some phone trouble right now, though. I'm hearing about a lot of disconnects today. People seem to be blaming Adobe for being dropped while on hold, but in general, this is a problem with the phone service, not the company itself.

Hold times are likely to be long because of increased demand and fewer staff because of the pandemic. Please be patient with the CSRs. They're doing the best they can and they don't set policy.
