Worst support - could so easily be improved

I have never been more frustrated with a support service.
All I wanted to do was cancel, due to technical issues I couldn't do it myself. I evertually had "help" from a support agent who proceed to waste my time (30 mins) with offers I very clearly refused instead of just cancelling my account. 30mins on a chat with Adobe is a waste of anyones time. Not to mention when I didn't go for an offer the support agent ended the conversation!
This would so easily be changed by updating your support person script.
