Would Adobe consider credit for other purchases if I have paid by error for a long subscription?
I have paid for a cloud subscription for a really long time, when I never used the services. This was my error, but I hope Adobe is not on the business of making profit thanks to Ts&Cs, but rather satisfied users that come back and bring more.
Any experience where they would consider a return or credit when a subscription is not used by mistake?
The situation leaves you with a sour taste.
