Wowcher premiere pro account not recognised

Hi everyone,

 

I recently purchased Premiere Pro 2023 from [removed by moderator].

 

I downloaded and activated the app just fine, using it for a couple of days.

I have now attempted to log in and it is not recognising that I have a licence. I cant for the life of me work out what to do/not to do to rectify this issue.

I have tried to log in using the 24 digit code I got from Wocher but it is saying invalid, despite it working fine a few days prior.

I am at a loss...

contact the vendor for a refund and then contact your credit card company to make sure no charges are allowed from that vendor.

    That is either pirated software or a scam.

    There is no lifetime version of Photoshop 2023 as is advertised on that site.

    Might want to contact support.

    Find it a bit odd you can ' buy'  2023 as its no longer supported by Adobe.

    Guessing your redeem code is for one year only? Because there is no lifetime version of Premiere.

    49 pounds sound to good to be true.
