Wrong Payment: I need refund and subscription cancellation
Hello,
I had been trying to cancel my adobe pro subscription for a few hours... as I had not been using the service more than n months.
Each time I tried to click subscription managing I was given a alert of problem with payment details and if I wish to continue with altering my monthly plan I need to secure my purchase details. So I modified and saved the purchase detail hoping to proceed to plan cancellation page. What I was given was an email of unwanted purchase invoice and still no progress on plan management page(literally can not proceed to cancellation page)
So what I would really appreciate is;
To get a refund of the purchase happened at 13 of January (and if it is possible, refund of former payments because I had never used the service)
To cancel further subscription.
