Wrong subscription?

There may be special offer for your region, but normally the paid subscription starts immediately. Bee sure that you do not confound with the additional 30-day free trial for Adobe stock. That is a second subscription and gets invoiced after the initial 30-day-trial.

If you would rather not pay for Adobe stock, you need to cancel that separate plan before the end of the 30 days.

i haven't seen that, but if you had a special offer, you'll need proof.  do you have a record of the offer?
