Wrongful charge to my credit card after cancelling my subscription, I NEED A REFUND, PLEASE HELP!
I started a trial period last month and cancelled my subscription within in a day or two of starting it.
I looked at my credit card statement and there is a new $43 charge from Adobe.
I checked my Adobe account to make sure I did not make a mistake in my cancellation last month, and that there were no invoices etc. and it says I have no paid plan with adobe and should not have been charged!
Ive been trying to find a way to contact them for a couple days now, and have not found any email or customer support links to direct me appropriately, so now I am using this forum in hopes an Adobe rep. can help me get my money back.
