-or have Adobe support cancel your subscription using the "autoOpen" Chat link below
-Do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
-This is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription
-Not using the program(s) does not mean you do not have to pay
-If you rent a car and park it in your garage and never drive it, or you rent an apartment and you never live in it, you are still obligated to pay

use of any subscription/lease isn't relevant.  did you have a trial/subscription?
