you do not have access to application management

It says in my creative cloud account that "you do not have access to application management. You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to access the management of the My Mail applications <email removed-kglad

You have a Teams or an Enterprise subscription and you will need to check with your IT (company, school, organization) for any solution to this.
