You'll be able to manage this plan shortly

Question

Hello,I recently redeemed a code for Creative Cloud Apps for 1 year and it keeps telling me You'll be able to manage this plan shortly.  I've never had this happen before, and was wondering if it'll stay at a year or if it'll get cancelled?If I can get help, that would be GREAT! Photo above has been like this for 4 1/2 hours

-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
