hello i booked 2 plans all 1.october 2025 saturday the money was charged from my bank account(4 days later) now 7 days over and i cant manage still my plans. all tried new browser private mode and all other stuff. is it normal because sepa direct debit? only wait more? or what i have todo, live chat not answer me this question...maybe its a bug or wait longer?thanks for help
