i purchased the creative cloud subscription but now that my trial period has ended and i want to proceed further with this subscription, somehow i am not able to do that.
i haven't made any payments to adobe ( because i am not able to )
and yet it's showing that they have recevied the payment
this is really frustrating, my softwares aren't working because it's showing that they couldn't find my plan valid
