i purchased the creative cloud subscription but now that my trial period has ended and i want to proceed further with this subscription, somehow i am not able to do that.

i haven't made any payments to adobe ( because i am not able to )

and yet it's showing that they have recevied the payment
this is really frustrating, my softwares aren't working because it's showing that they couldn't find my plan valid

if there's a payment problem, it needs to be fixed.  otherwise, try a different updated non-opera browser, esp a mobile browser.

We are sorry for the trouble. I confirm that there is no active subscription associated with your account. It seems like a technical error. I'll get this looked into.

Meanwhile, could you sign out of your Creative Cloud desktop application and sign back in?
