Es ist mir nicht möglich, telefonischen Kontakt zu einem ADOBE-Mitarbeiter zu bekommen!

Wenn ich auf das Symbol: Wenden Sie sich an Adobe, Echte Hilfe von echten Menschen, klicke komme ich wieder auf die vorhergehende Seite! 

Habe es schon mehrmals versucht, schon seit Tagen!!!

Wie kann ich mit einem ADOBE-Mitarbeiter über mein Problem sprechen???

I'm not sure about phone contacts, but you can begin a secure chat session by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right corner of this link:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

It is an automated chat system, but type in AGENT and you will be connected with a real person.

 

Note:  Pop-up blockers need to be disabled and cookies need be accepted for the chat to work.

What page are you getting?  Not the one shown in the screen shot?  There is a red arrow pointing to the chat button in the bottom right corner.  My apologies if I wasn't clear.
