I paid my annual bill two month ago for this year, but now my account ist expired and there are billing problems. I checked my billing preferences and all is fine. But i cannot work wirt Lightroom oder Photoshop. Anyone an idea?

    do you see billing problems on your end, or does your credit card records show you’ve paid?

     

    if everything is fine on your end and your credit card shows you’ve paid, check https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to make sure you’re checking the correct account when checking your account to see if payment problems are listed there.  if there are payment problems shown there, fix them per https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    What exactly does your account show? If it shows that the plan is expired then you should contact Adobe support to work this out. However, if the plan shows as valid but you are unable to use the apps, then try logging out and back in. Check the following article it may help
