С карты пытаться снять деньги за продление подписки я желаю отвязать карту и отменить подписку. Спасибо

We appreciate you reaching out. Upon reviewing your account details, I found that you have pending dues on your account. Cancellation can only be done when the plan is active.

I'd recommend you to clear the pending dues and then proceed with cancellation. https://adobe.ly/4hurVXd

к сожалению чтобы мне это сделать мне нужно оплатить месячную подписку так как ее посчитало просроченной но первое делать я этого не хочу видь мне нужна была лишь бесплатная пробная версия и второе у меня просто банально нет денег на это, так что попрошу удалить от сюда мои платёжные реквизиты и аннулировать подписку которую я не собираюсь использовать

that can’t be done. you have to fix that payment problem first. then you can cancel and appeal to adobe.
