Zrušení a vrácení peněz

Dobrý večer, chtěla bych zrušit plán který platím. A je tam poplatek 120 euro. Našla jsem ale že jeozne částku po zrušení dostat zpět. Má s tím někdo zkušenost? Dekuji

Dobrý deň, prosím ako ste to vyriešili ? Stalo sa mi to iste a neviem čo mám robiť. Pozrebovala som len bezplatnú verziu a teraz musím platiť každý mesiac.

Thanks for reaching out. As per your account details, you cancelled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription after 25 days. Refund could only be issues if the plan was cancelled within 14 days.
