Dobrý den, chtel bych zrušit plán a vrátit peníze ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, 044-207-3650, IE. Dnes mně odepsalo 12 eur. Mám několik účtů adobe, nemám přístup k tomu, kde mám ten plán. Pomocte, prosím, zrušte to.

S pozdravem, Grigorii. Děkuju

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x). you'll need to use twitter/x

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

if you purchased/trialed directly from adobe.com, follow the above advice. if you purchased/trialed from google play or the apple app store, contact that mobile app store.

Please take a look here:

and here:

If this doesn't help you have to contact the Adobe support. This is a public forum and not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users  and we can't help with account and/or payment problems.

Please click the link below to contact Adobe staff to help.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below.

You have to allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and not the chat bot.

Also - beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message or an email.

I understand that it is possible to cancel a plan using an account, but the problem is that I do not know which account I have this plan on. I checked several of my accounts and there is nothing there. I was hoping for the help of adobe employees so that they would find out what kind of account it was by the number of transactions and cancel this plan
