Zugriff auf Acrobat pro nicht möglich obwohl Abonnement besteht

Hallo

Laut meinem Konto besteht ein Abo Acrobat pro, obwohl ich keine Abbuchung habe.

Wenn ich das Abo verlängern bzw. kaufen will kommt der Hinweis "Kauf wird nicht unterstützt" Du hast

AC pro bereits gekauft. Ich weiss nicht mehr weiter.
