현재 성균관대학교 교육용 라이선스를 사용 중이며, 결제 정보를 업데이트하지 않고 개인 구독만 취소하고 싶습니다. 추가로, 3월부터 교육용 라이선스를 사용 중인데, 3월 이후 결제된 개인 구독료 환불 받을 수 있는지 요청드립니다. 

I am currently using an Adobe educational license provided by Sungkyunkwan University, and I would like to cancel my personal subscription without updating my payment information.

In addition, I have been using the educational license since March. Could you please check whether I am eligible for a refund for any personal subscription charges that were billed after March?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

    When I try to update my payment information, the system immediately requests payment for the June subscription fee. However, I have already been using the Adobe educational license provided by Sungkyunkwan University for several months, so I do not believe I should be charged for a separate personal subscription during this period.

    Could you please review my account and let me know if this issue can be resolved without requiring payment of the outstanding charge? I would also appreciate it if you could check whether any charges made after I started using the university license are eligible for a refund.

    Hi ​@nakyung_13 your personal account has no relation to the educational license. These two are different accounts and hence would have different billing. Also, to get further help you will need to contact Adobe Support.
