결제 갱신 실패 후 1개월 뒤, 결제수단 업데이트했을 때 결제 취소 가능 여부

We're here to help you. I see that you have Creative cloud subscription which has a payment issue. In order to completely cancel your subscription, I would suggest you to update your payment details. Once updated, you will be charged for the month it was not paid and then you can cancel your plan from your Adobe account.
