결제 환불

앱 다운로드하고 자동으로 결제가되어서 바로 구독 취소했는데

오늘아침에 결제가 되었네요..

사용하지 않는 프로그램입니다ㅜ 환불 부탁드려요..

you should have two confirmation emails from adobe:

one showing your trial start date and the other showing cancellation. what are the dates of those emails?
