계정 해지 후 결제

10/24일 주문해 일주일 체험판 후 10/31일 결제가 되었습니다.

11/28일 해지하였는데 결제한 시점에서 한달이 지나기 전에 해지하였습니다. 이런 경우에도 비용이 발생하는게 맞나요?

그리고 만약 비용을 지불하는게 맞다면 카드 계좌 정보 변경하는 방법 나와 있는대로 다 해봤는데도 유료 플랜은 없다고만 뜨고 카드 정보 변경이 안됩니다.

제발 문제 좀 해결해주세요. 엄청난 스트레스 입니다.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
