구독 취소 or 변경

1년 지나고 어제 갑자기 또 구독이 자동으로 결제 됐습니다.11월 50% 할인 때문에 구독을 바꾸려하는데 취소 부탁드립니다. 14일 내에는 전액 환불이라고 들었는데 취소하려고 보니까 80,000원의 수수료를 내라더군요
