구독 취소 후 환불건에 대하여

안녕하세요 어도비 구독이 되어있는줄 모르고 계속 정기적으로 돈이빠져나가다가 얼마전에 알아차리고 구독 취소를 하였습니다 저는 아예 사용을 하지않았는데 혹시 이건에 대해서 환불을 받을수 있을까요?
