윈도우11로 업그레이드 한 8월 이후로 사용이 불가능합니다.

어도비측의 원격 지원도 받았지만, 해당 직원도 여러번 재설치 하였음에도 불구하고 

사용이 불가능한채로 시간만 흘렀네요 

사용이 불가능한 문제로 환불 요청하고자 하며, 수수료 면제 부탁드립니다.

@Harmonious_difference4734  Making this post on Acrobat Reader Mobile, did you purchase this on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings. Why? If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as Google, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply. Refer to their documentation to manage your account.

Here’s how to cancel based on your subscription type:

모바일에서 결제하지는 않았습니다. 공식홈페이지에서 구독하였습니다.그렇다면 어디쪽에 문의를 드려야 할까요?

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
