어도비 환불을 원합니다

어도비 결제한 적이 7월 빼고 없고 그 이후로 플랜 취소 했습니다. 근데 오늘 갑자기 돈이 나갔으며 취소 후 수수료 발생은 너무 당황스럽네요 저는 결제를 한 적도 없는데 돈이 나가니 황당하며 어도비 자체를 그 사이에 사용하지도 않았습니다. 환불 절차까지 복잡하고 힘드네요 빠른 답 부탁드립니다.

방금 어도비 연간결제로 한달분 결제가 되었는데 처음에 한번 이용하고 단 한번도 이용하지 못헀는데 취소 위약금까지 내라고 하네요 차음 결제할때부터 그런메시지가있었다면 결제 하지 않았습니다 환불 요청드려요!!

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
