    I understand how concerning this can be, so I checked the details for you. I can see that there was a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription under the same email ID you’re using in this community.

    The subscription has already been cancelled, and you won’t be charged for it going forward.

    These are peer to peer forums you are not addressing Adobe here. You can self cancel by following the instructions in the following link

    If your cancellation was successful and you are eligible for refund then the refund would be issued automatically. Refund reflects in the bank in about 2 weeks
