중복결제

Question

그만 사용하고 싶어서 플랜을 취소 했는데 취소하니까 환불은 안되고 오히려 한번 더 결제가 됐습니다.

이거 두 건 다 환불해주세요. 결제 후 14일도 안지났고 수수료 없이 환불이 되어야 하는데 왜 중복으로 결제가 된건지 모르겠습니다.

As per your account details, you have an active annual subscription since 8 months and 14 days. Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase.

This makes your account ineligible for refund.
