Hello,

I noticed that I was charged twice for my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription (₩26,400). One payment was made on April 9, and another on April 10.

This does not appear to be a refund and rebilling—it seems to be a duplicate charge.

I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and process a refund for the duplicate payment as soon as possible.

As you can see from the attached image, there are duplicate charges on April 9 and April 10.
I would appreciate a prompt refund.

I am sorry for any problems you have encountered while managing your subscriptions and using the different offerings available from Adobe.

 

I see that you purchased two separate subscriptions this month. You can use the steps listed at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428?device-type=mac to cancel your new Premiere Mobile subscription through the Apple App Store.

 

Access to the mobile applications is included with your other subscription for the Creative Cloud, ​@haeun35.

If it's not a duplicate payment, why can't I find it with this order number?
