플랜 취소 수수료 환불 요청합니다. Requesting for refund about plan cancel fees.

제가 시간이 없어서 바로 플랜 취소를 진행하였습니다. 취소 수수료는 1년간 사용하면서 처음 들어보는데 이부분 해결 부탁드립니다.

바빠서 빠른 시일 내에 부탁드릴게요.

I didn't have time, so I canceled the plan right away. I've never heard of the cancellation fee for a year, so please solve this part.

I'm busy, so I hope you solve this problem.

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you previously had an active Creative Cloud All Apps license associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that you have proceeded with the cancellation of this plan. This was an annual subscription billed monthly.

Kindly take note of the following:

If the plan is canceled within 14 days of the original purchase date, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.

If the plan is canceled after 14 days, an early termination fee amounting to 50% of the remaining contract value will apply. For example, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month of the subscription, you would be charged 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.

The cancellation fee is applied because annual plans billed monthly are offered at a discounted rate. The fee helps account for that discount if the full commitment is not completed. You can find more information here:
