플랜취소가 된줄 알았는데 다시 결제 되었어요

25.2.25일 첫 결제하고 잘 사용했습니다.

필요한일이있어서 4월까지 잘 이용해서 5월에 플랜취소를 하였는데 진행이 안되어서

결제가 오늘 되었어요 매월 25일 결제되었는데 좀전에 다시한번결제되었더라구요

일단 플랜취소는 다시신청한상태인데 당분간 프리미어는 사용할일이 없어서

5월결제된 금액 환불받고 싶습니다.

Hi @yun_jeong_0591,

I can see that you have a monthly Premiere Pro plan which can be cancelled anytime without paying any early cancellation fee. Once you'll cancel, the term will continue till the end of that term.
