5월26일날 4만원짜리 포토샵 결제를 했는데 한달만 결제 되는줄알고 있다가

6월26일 오늘 자동결제가 되서 문의넣었습니다

저는 이달부터 포토샵 사용할일이 없어서 환불요청합니다

포토샵 이용을 안하는데 4만원 헛돈이 나간것같아 말씀드려요

정중하게 환불 부탁드립니다

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription or start a trial... the link below has the information you need

You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription... RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL

Thanks for reaching out! I had a look at your account and noticed that you have a monthly subscription to Adobe Photoshop that started about a month ago.

Please note that refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the subscription start date. Since your subscription is beyond that window, a refund can’t be processed at this time.

That said, since you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel it at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month, and you won’t be billed again.
