Account cannot be viewed Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are not working

The plan in my adobe account is not visible. adobe photoshop and illustrator are not working, I can't use them right now. And I'm losing money. Please help me. I can't use adobe firefly, I can't access the pages. I get a message that says no internet connection even though I have one.
