Acobe creative cloud logoff

Hi all,

I have a question regarding Adobe creative cloud login/logoff

Is there an automation for log of from the app, or you get automatically logged off from you creative cloud after restarting the machine?

I am in IT but not familiar with creative cloud, and we have some users they are complaining that they get automatically logged off and have always log in when opening a pdf file

I did not find an information about it
