🔒 Adobe App Locked Despite Active 1-Year Subscription – Urgent Help Needed for Film Editing Work

Hello Adobe Team and Community,

I’ve been using Adobe under a 1-year subscription (about 5 months active now). Suddenly, my Adobe app is locked, and I can’t access or edit any of my projects. I have a serious film editing project due soon, and all my data is saved under this account.

When I try to open the app, it says “Locked” even though my subscription is still active and paid. I’ve tried signing out and back in, checking my account status, and even reinstalling, but nothing worked.

Please help me resolve this issue urgently — I can’t continue my professional work until this is fixed.

Details:

  • Active Adobe 1-year subscription (about 5 months used)

  • App shows “locked” 

  • Critical project files stored in this account

Any quick fix or guidance from Adobe support would be greatly appreciated.

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
