Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app for Mac - Plugins panel is empty

Hello! We have noticed on a few users that the Plugins tab in Stock & Marketplace is empty. Screenshots provided. One with, one with out. Any reason why we cannot see plugins?

    because your admin controls what options you have in your cc desktop app.  you have no “all plugins” option

    “Manage Plugins” lists the plugins that were installed on the current or any other machine using the current Adobe ID. In order to find and install new plugins you should look at “All/Featured Plugins” tab. Once installed those should then appear in the “Manage Plugins” section. See the article linked below

    As you can see in the screenshot, we don’t even see what’s in your link. We’re enterprise. Wondering if that’s got anything to do with it?!?!
