Adobe Creative Cloud iPad app won’t open

Hi all. I can't seem to open my Creative Cloud app on my iPad Pro. When I try to open, the app Home Screen appears for a split second, then a window pops up with a spinning blue circle, and a message that says "one moment please." That's all it will do. I have quit and restarted the app multiple times, and restarted my iPad multiple times, but nothing changes. Should I delete and reinstall the app? Thanks in advance for any help!
