Adobe Creative Cloud Offline Use

My creative cloud will not work offline. I cannot access files or open any apps. I would like to do work on an airplane during some business trips. Any advice? I've tried reinstalling, the apps are downloaded and updated.

while connected, open the apps you want to use and minimize. you should be able to continue to use when disconnected as long as you don't close.
