Adobe for Enterprise doesnt let me get After Effects

I have Adobe for Enterprise on my school adobe account. I downloaded Creative Cloud for desktop, and it says I can only download 5 apps out of the 20 on creative cloud. The one I want, After Effects isnt one of them. it says I have to buy it or do a trial, but on the Adobe website it is included with Enterprise. (https://www.adobe.com/au/creativecloud/business/enterprise/features.html)  As you can see, AE is included apperantly. if anyone could explain or help it would be appriciated!
