adobeTemp Folder in C:/ drive

Evening Experts,

I have an Adobe Temp folder situated in C:/, the folders inside are ETR.tmp. my questions is: Can I delete these folders without causing any problems with the Adobe programs? the reason why I would like to know if I can delete it is because it is taking up a lot of space on the HD.
