Aktivierung von CS6 auf neuem Laptop

Ich bin mit meinem System inkl. der Creativ Suite 6 auf meinen neuen Laptop umgezogen und habe die Suite auf dem alten Gerät auch deaktiviert. Trotzdem zeigen mir die Anwendungen an, dass bereits zwei Geräte mit meiner Seriennummer angemeldet sind und auf dem neuen Laptop wird die CS6 so auch nicht aktiviert. was muss ich tun damit die suit auf meinem neuen Laptop aktiviert wird?

    migration usually fails.  properly install.

    It seems your deactivation did not go through. Are you are still able to use the app on the old computer? if yes then I would suggest keep that computer. If somehow you land in a situation where the app is not working on any computer then you are pretty much stuck
