Anmeldung erforderlich, aber dies ist nicht möglich

Ich werde ab und zu von der Creative Cloud abgemeldet und es erscheint das Pop-up “Anmeldung erforderlich”. Leider geht der Vorgang nicht weiter und es bleibt bei dem Pop-up und eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

yes. first try resetting the cc app.it’s easier, quicker and likely to solve the problem.To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:Win: Ctrl + Alt + RMac: Cmd + Opt + R

Ich habe dies so gelöst: Die Creative Cloud nochmals installiert und dann kommt es zum Anmeldeprozess. Gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit?
