Asus ProArt Redemption code works but Adobe doesn't let me download the Suite.

Hello I recently purchased some products from Asus that offer an adobe suite redemption code. The code worked fine and in my adobe homepage I can see I have the 3 month plan but I cannot download the programs I need from the suite. I  can only download a trial or use online version. 

Can someone who has encountered the same problem explain what to do?

Should I register my credit card?
