Die Creative Cloud App. schein heute automatisch aktualisiert worden zu sein (Erstellungsdatum und Änderungsdatum von heute). Auf Grund des Intel Prozessors ist kein Update auf ein neueres Betriebssystem möglich.

Due to the Intel processor, it is not possible to update to a newer operating system.

The latest macOS your MacBook Pro 2019 supports is macOS 15 Sequoia; it’s not related to the Intel processor. Just update your macOS and you should be fine.

The current version of Creative Cloud desktop doesn’t support macOS 11 Big Sur; the oldest supported is Monterey:

Vielen Dank für die schnelle und fundierte Antwort gestern. Das Up-Date hat prima funktioniert. Die CC-App funktioniert auch wieder. Das MacBook Pro (2019) ließ sich problemlos auf Tahoe updates. Läuft auf den ersten Blick stabiler und sogar (gefühlt) schneller
