Hi. I see these in my Creative Cloud. Does that mean I can use these apps with my current plan at no additional charge? I wouldn't want to click install and later find out an extra charge in my coming billing.

Hi @rkaru. Yes, it looks like you have Illustrator and Lightroom available. You have two separate paid plans or trials for both. You can find more by going to https://account.adobe.com.

Premiere Rush is a freemium app so you don't need a plan to use it. UXP Developer Tools is you build plugins, etc. for the other Adobe apps.

Hi Kalvyn, thanks for the response. I had only installed Illustrator on trial previously, and cancelled before the 7 days trial period was over. I didn't realise it is still on, and charged 2 months for it. Will contact Support to help resolve this. Thanks.

@rkaru

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
