I made the settings in Windows so that I could update Creative Cloud again. These have nothing to do with the installation path that you set in the Creative Cloud desktop app. For the installation, I did not select the root directory of the partition, but created a suitable installation folder beforehand.
Ich habe die Einstellungen unter Windows vorgenommen, um die Creative Cloud dann wieder updaten zu können. Diese haben nichts mit dem Installationspfad zu tun, den man in der Creative-Cloud-Desktop-App einstellt. Für die Installation hatte ich nicht das Stammverzeichnis der Partition ausgewählt, sondern zuvor einen passenden Installationsordner erstellt.

- Open Settings: Press
Windows + Ior click the Start menu and select Settings. - Go to System → then click Storage.
- Scroll down and select Advanced storage settings.
- Click Where new content is saved.
- Use the dropdown menus to choose the C: drive for:
- New apps
- New documents
- New music
- New photos and videos
- New movies and TV shows
- Click Apply after making your selections.
and you may need to restart your computer for any changes to take effect. then install or update (whichever is triggering the 191 error) your cc desktop app.
