Can a freelancer working in an organization use individual plan

I am a freelancer working for an organization. So am I allowed to use an individual plan or am I supposed to use a business plan?

as far as adobe is concerned, you can use either. 

 

the strategy for the organization would be to have you use one of their licenses if they want to control the files you upload to cc web.  if they don't care, you can pick.
