Can not install Creative Cloud. error 202 message

First I couldnt update Creative Cloud because error message 202. I uninstalled it and install again still same error message. I have over 300GB in C drive. I also did Adobe cleaner.

My computer OS is window 11.

Could you please help me?

suspend your firewall and av and retry.  make sure your default browser is not opera.  firefox and chrome are google choices.

I did turn off the firewall and AV. I downloaded the Creative cloud and tried to installed but failed install. I still got same error message 202. Please see attached screenshots. My default is Firefox.

contact adobe support via chat so they can access your computer.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
